I tried one other rando scooter from Amazon, but the quality just wasn't there. This thing is heavy duty, I know it will last until she grows out of it. I bought another for my older child because they like it better than their razor scooter. I recommend it to anyone I know w kids. We got a red and a blue one. The board grips are thick, and I love that it says "scooter" lol. We actually took it with us while traveling internationally this summer, the handle folds so it fits in luggage.

It's a lean to steer scooter, but even without leaning, it naturally veers to the left. We have tried to find a way to adjust it, but not possible without taking it all apart. Customer service is willing to make things right- update to come. Fingers crossed because it does ride smooth.

While assembling the scooter I met resistance with engaging the F button located at the base of the steel pipe into the hole in the deck. Eventually the button appeared to be locked in securely but when my 8 years old grandson rode the scooter and hit a small bump in the sidewalk, the pipe disengaged from the deck causing the pipe to separate from the deck. My grandson almost fell but caught himself. I immediately returned the scooter for a replacement. No resistance was met during assembly but again the pipe disengaged when my grandson hit a small bump. I returned the replacement and requested a refund.
The bar is to low for tall kids
