Very easy to use for squash, but with eggplant because the eggplant was very hard it didn't work, but with squash it was perfect and easy and fast compared to the traditional one. I highly recommend it for squash.

I just stumbled on this little gadget while I was browsing Amazon. My wife uses the standard squash corer. Just though this would be a nice and easy work to core the squash. It turns out this was a great buy and makes coring a little easier.

It was easy to use and to clean but it makes a very narrow tunnel in the zucchini. I used the corer first and then used a melon baller to widen the tunnel, so it would be easier to stuff.
The end is very sharp so I store it in the drawer with a clip over the end. There are no measurements on the stem of the corer so I had to be careful not to go through the other end of the squash.
