We purchased this product as a curtain liner of sorts to help shield our home from radio frequency radiation from a new 5g tower. We didn't do any sophisticated testing, but if you wrap a 5g phone in a single layer of this material, it doesn't receive calls (other similar products we tried that blocked 4g signals were less effective against 5g signal). The product is well-packaged and easy to work with.

This is an excellent product. If you're looking for Faraday fabric, I have purchased 3 rolls for various projects to protect my home from wifi, and it works as described. Follow the instructions and read up for advice, and you'll have no problems whether you're making a Faraday 'box/cage' or bags for phones etc. Mission Darkness are also fantastic, their customer service is second to none if there are any questions.
