The first thing I did was take a seam-ripper to the jibberish label patch on the front. After that, it was perfect! I love all of the pockets and organization this thing has without being totally massive.

This is a perfect size for me. It's well made and sturdy, while being comfortable to wear. The belt is suitably long (and is one length - not requiring an annoying extension). It has 5 outer pockets and 1 internal pocket - all zippered. Exterior pockets; I put my keys in the smallest, then some small essentials in the next, my iPhone in the next bigger and wallet and pens in the largest. In the back zipper I place some napkins, a key fob and a few small doggie waste bags. In the inside zipper pocket, I put a couple of lipsticks, a small mascara and eye pencil and tiny tin of aspirin. I was able to fit it comfortably and then cut about 4" of extra length off (sealing the fibers with a quick pass of a lighter to seal the edge). The light grey color is like a dark silver and is perfectly neutral. Very pleased with this purchase!
