Comes in a plastic sleeve rolled up, yes. However, the complaints about not going flat, umm"¦ Roll them up opposite the way they came, put in a tube for 2-3 days, presto they're flat.
Did get frames, and being flat went right in.
Not much to say as they are just posters, but very nice to have as we can pick a workout just looking at the wall. Great for days when my wife and I are looking for something different to do or for ideas on different exercises.

There isn't much to say about this product as it is pretty simple and obvious but I can say that it looks exactly like the images, this is a sufficiently thick lamination, the images are clear and intuitive if you are familiar with working out, and it is a good value for the price. I am happy with my purchase and would buy from this manufacturer and vendor again. I have only had it for a little over a month so I cannot speak to the longevity of it. But I assume given the fact that it will just hang on the wall it hopefully will be good for many years to come.

These laminated posters work perfectly in my home gym area. Having the posters provides options on how to use hand weights. As I get older the visual reminders are a help.

Well made, clear instructions, comprehensive set of barbell exercises on two posters, however description and photos indicate that posters have exercises in "landscape" format on one side, and in portrait on the other, but the posters I received were portrait on both sides, so can only hang these vertically and not horizontally.
