This was exactly what I needed! I'm long limbed and hate my hands and feet hanging off the mat (you don't know how well everybody cleans their floors) and with this mat I can fully stretch out and not hang off anywhere! The only down size is that it doesn't fold in half so it is super awkward to carry around- it's only a good shorter than I am when rolled up!
