I had a meniscus knee tear. Gained alot of weight before surgery and then after. I am by no means a small gal now. I was unable to do any type of PT after surgery due to an emergency surgery I had 3wks following knee surgery. Needless to say I still have ongoing pain in my knee and have also had to have back surgery in the past which acts up now and then. I really wasnt confident in this machine being able to improve anything. But, I figured cant hurt and 30 days to try why not. I have used it everyday since arrival. I initially just sat on the couch with a couple pillows behind me and let it work my legs. I cant believe the results in my knee. Alot less pain and tension. Now, I am actually standing and doing squats on it! While that is at a low level...I still feel like I got a good workout. It shakes my whole body when I stand which gives me a good little workout. I will later add the accessories that come with it. I STRONGLY recommend this device. My husband who works in construction has started to use it now as well. He has seen my results and his job is very hard on his knees and back. I will update on his progress. However, we had looked into all of the "wall" mount machines that range from fifteen hundred to three thousand dollars. I wanted to try this out first. So very happy that I did. I started with this 3D one did not start with the cheaper model first then upgrade. I say go with this for the price and to try it out its wonderful. I do have issues with the remote, doesnt seem to always work perfectly. However, it is not hard to just reach down and set the machine, tho it would be nice to have a better remote. Other than that, NO complaints here.

I normally don't write reviews on the exercise tools I purchase. However, here and there you come across an exercise machine that stands out among all the other ones, and this is one of those.

First, and most important, is that this machine is very easy to use. This is almost "plug and play" as it were. The machine has 8 pre-programmed exercises where you do nothing but stand on the machine, hit the Start Button (BLACK TRIANGLE) on the remote, and the SPEED and TIME is already set for you! The higher you go on the pre-programs the higher the set SPEED AND TIME. It's that simple. If you don't care for preprograms then you can customize your exercises. Read your instructions Manual.

Now for the health benefits. I'm undergoing Physical Therapy for a torn rotator cuff. I placed the machine on a counter top so I could place my hand/arm on the platform. I then customized a beginners (Read your Manual) routine with only the Oscillating Motor ON that has provided me with shoulder mobility beyond what I expected. This machine has two motors: an H (for Horizontal movement) and an (L) for lateral movement. You could you use both or one or the other. Your choice. The platform simulates "walking", "jogging", and "running" modes. All you have to do is stand and place your feet on predesignated spots on the platform. The modes are written or imprinted on the platform. When you do a 10 minute workout on any of these 3 modes you will have gotten a whole body workout. After doing this simple 10 minute routine everyday, I have noticed a significant decrease in stress levels, not to mention an increase in muscle tone!

I could go on and on praising this machine to the high heavens. But you have to try it to believe it. I am a hospital RN and this has been a GAME CHANGER! I work sometimes 14 to 15-hour shifts and I try so hard to fight off varicose veins and swelling. I've had this product since 2022. August 2023 I had surgery to include 5 anchors to repair shredded shoulder. I'm 65 and I can't describe the weeks of level 10 pain every time I moved, or trying to find a way to sleep. Getting movement has been painfully slow. I thought about my muscles going to hell and it would be a good idea to get on the platform again. 10 minutes a day. I could feel the vibration in my arm moving gently to the bad shoulder. I no doctor but, I feel my mobility is coming back little by little with less pain. I am going to continue the vibration. This product is sturdy, but, heavy and has wheels on one end to tip and move. If you are a senior citizen, find a home for it and leave it there. (Mine is in the corner in the guest room. If you live in an apartment you don't have to be concerned about noise. This machine is soooo quiet! I had a question about the display and customer service got back to me within 24 hours....I responded to them that I had already figured it out and they even responded personally to my 2nd email.

I haven't used this long enough to see results, I've only had it 10 days. I use it twice a day for 10 minutes each time. The time really goes by fast while watching TV. I can really feel it in my thigh muscles, but I'm so out of shape there I expected to be sore. I am. It overall seems to make me more energetic, too.

What I don't like: When you try and register this device at their web site, which you have to do in so many days to get the lifetime warranty, they coerce you into writing a review during the registration process. I like to try things out for awhile before writing a review, but if I'd waited, I'd not gotten the lifetime warranty. So I filled in that area with blah, blah blah and got the warranty.
