This is wayyy easier than doing blowouts with a dryer and a round brush! I really love this thing. I don't use it often because I don't want to heat damage my hair - make sure you use some kind of hair protection when applying any kind of heat to your hair! It works really fast and it's really easy. Be careful when you use it because you can burn yourself! I accidentally touched it after using it for ~8 minutes and it burnt my finger, so be careful. The weight takes some getting used to at first. It's about as loud as your average hair dryer. My hair is super shiny, soft, and straight after using this!!! It's fun experimenting with different curl directions and styles. I'd recommend it if you like doing blowouts but don't like how long they can take! The wetter your hair is, the longer it'll take, so I'd recommend doing it on damp to dry hair. My hair is shoulder-length and it takes about 20 minutes to dry it if it's soaking wet, about 10 minutes if it's damp, and 5 minutes if it's totally dry. I love this tool!!!

I loved the idea of killing two birds with one stone, drying and styling with one tool. I found it to be kind of heavy, You have to remember not to touch the working arm but touch the covered end if you need to hold it or move it. I found the circumference to be a little too large also. My hair is a medium length with some shorter parts on top and it's a little large . I still use it because it's quick and I do get good results. It could just use a little tweaking

I have very curly, fine, color treated hair that easily frizzes I had a similar product that cost more than twice the price but it was titanium, which got too hot and damaged my hair. I like the feel of the product. It is for longer hair and my hair is about shoulder length but it good to put waves in your quickly. The wave/curl seem to last a while. I wish the barrel was thinner but I do use it.
