This is a good program. The seller screwed up the delivery address on the first copy but Amazon got me another copy free. Good program, bad seller.

My mom is in her 70s and able to use the basic burning functions without any trouble. Software is pretty straight forward. More options than she'll use, but the price was right. Purchased the CD version. I'm pretty much too old to rely entirely on digital download, though the software will check for a newer version online for the install. Easier than installing and then having to download and install an update. Worked on an AMD 7600X build with Windows 11 Pro and an LG 4K BD burner (yes... it's excessive given the user) with no issues.

Instruction are simple but not all informative. Certain video files would not copy when created project. Would copy till 95% then freeze. Tech support helpful. Copy of disks and label creation are very good. Have not used all functions but so far I am happy to be able to copy disks and create data disks. 4 stars because program does not give enough information about its processing (i.e., inform user that file(s) cannot be processed and why).

Since the product was sold by Amazon, I was confident that it will work with Windows 11 although the software did not mention that it does work with Windows 11.

I have owned previous versions of this as well. My first exposure to this product was included in the software on a new computer. The reason I continue to buy this product is because Windows updates their software making it difficult to figure out how to create CDs & DVDs. Whereas this product doesn't change too much on their interface. (I didn't put a rating on Tech Support because it was easy to figure out)
