Received my helmet and it was hard to pick through so many. Though when I got this one and placed it on my head to start sizing the straps to my liking, I realized I needed the black Velcro padding since I have a smaller head. It wasn't hard to change them out. Truly love how it's easy to take out and wash when it's time for a cleaning; and it wasn't that hard to do. It has been a while since I have worn a helmet so it felt big on me but once I was riding my bike I barely felt it. I hope I never have cause to need it but feel safer with it on. It was a little big but it comes with sponge type add-ins and I just used one of those and it stayed in. The light in the back is kind of in the helmet at first but you can pull it down and make adjustments as needed. So far so good.
