It has been a while since I have worn a helmet so it felt big on me but once I was riding my bike I barely felt it. I hope I never have cause to need it but feel safer with it on. It was a little big but it comes with sponge type add-ins and I just used one of those and it stayed in. The light in the back is kind of in the helmet at first but you can pull it down and make adjustments as needed. So far so good.
