My daughter recommended this posture brace to me and it's excellent. The sizing is small. I wear a 38-D bra, but up-sized to an XL. It came with a bra extender, making it a perfect fit.

Con: 2nd time to wear it, (beige color) one of the metal sliding hooks broke. Doesn't fit the same while missing that strap.

I ordered a size up after reading reviews. Got an XL in beige. I wore it all day, it was comfortable. It helps remind me to sit and stand up straight. The front did start to fold up. Because it's like a racerback bra the straps do show. My posture does look better while wearing it. Hope it helps as I continue to wear it.
