I find that I keep using this over my other ice pack because it is so convenient, even though it doesn't stay cold as long as other ice packs. If this could stay cold for another 5-10 minutes, it would be PERFECT. But I love that I can put this on my elbow and continue to move around.

This makes icing tennis elbow such a breeze compared to a clunky ice pack or a bag of frozen peas. Others have mentioned it doesn't stay cold very long but you're only supposed to ice for 10-15 minutes at a time so for me that's not a factor. It's very easy to pull on and off and it's quite comfortable, too. Would highly recommend.

I bought one of these to see how they'd work for my elbows at night because they get stiff and hurt. It seemed to be working well so I got another one for the other arm but realized when I got the second one that the older one I have that was only not even a month old isn't as cold as the newer one and it doesn't stay cold as long either. I wish they latest longer but they're still decent and help enough.
