These lights do exactly what they say they'll do but they are very bright. Only use these for indirect lighting. I put them in the USB ports in my truck and I had to take them out because they are too bright at night. There are other brands that are more subtle and can even be adjusted for brightness.

It works as it's described. I have it one less star because when I quickly grab it to unplug it from the usb connector the lens sometimes comes right off while the main body doesn't like to let go and come out. Very tight for. By all in all it's ok.

I got 2 red ones. Considering it gets darker so much later thsi time of year, I have driven at night a lot. I like them and they are bright and true red. You can see the 2 LEDs in the enclosure/case/thing--kinda got a 2 dot thing going on. Fortunately they are not in my line of sight so it's not that big of an issue. These are relatively inexpensive but I still think the mark-up on them is probably crazy. Ultimately, if you got a few bucks, I'd go with it.
