Great Tracker & Great Customer Service

We've purchased about 7 of these trackers, the trackers are great, website platform for reports and tracking is easy to understand, great filters for reporting and generating reports. We had our in-house mechanic install the trackers, one of the trackers wasn't installed correctly and causing an error in generating accurate reports, I reached out to customer service and they responded really fast, they were able to quickly determine what the exact issue was and they helped generate the reports that I needed. Customer Service went above and beyond, they even followed up after the fact to ensure all was good. I must note that we use a mechanic not because it's difficult to use but because we are using these GPS trackers on company trucks, our mechanic handles everything fleet related. I was assisted by Wolf and he was awesome!

Needed a reliable and low monthly cost way to monitor a truck that spends a lot of time in a public parking garage after an attempted theft. This product is perfect for that. You can setup notifications when the ignition is turned on or off, locate the vehicle on demand, and get notified when the vehicle enters or exits a defined area. I also setup the ability to shut off the fuel pump with a relay just in case - that took a couple of calls to tech support to get working, but they actually answer the phone and help resolve issues! I no longer have to worry about showing up and finding an empty parking spot, and if some tries to steal it again I will be notified immediately and can disable it right away.

This device works extremely well. I bought this particular device because it is one of the few devices that uses Verizon, which has the best signal strength in my area. When I first connected it, it wasn't showing up on the webpage, so I sent an email to [email protected] and mentioned Verizon being the best carrier. Support ("Wolf") figured out that the device was not connected to Verizon, so they got it connected to Verizon, and I was up and running withn 24 hours. It is accurate within less than 50 feet. You could probably find your car in a mall parking lot. The monthly fee for Saver+ (12) is less than all the other ones I looked at. Both the website and the iOS app work well. To hook it up, I bought two fuse piggyback connectors called Add-A-Circuit at Autozone that made it very easy to connect the wires. I'm not an auto gearhead, so I found a very helpful Youtube video titled "How to tap into your cars fuse box safely and cleanly". Just so you know this is a real review, and just to be really picky, the product description says "Dust & Waterproof (IP65)". But there is a plastic cover that pops off with a tiny switch inside, so I question whether this is really "Waterproof". Being waterproof isn't a requirement for my application, but I wanted to mention it.

I have Trackmate on all my Turo vehicles. The app is "okay" the desktop app is "good" the customer service is "GREAT!" These guys not only make themselves available to help you with any questions, they not only help you build your fences and alerts, they not only give you updates on upcoming product releases that will help make your hosting life better , they also check in on your account for you and will reach out and give you helpful tips.
Example: I have vehicles listed in San Antonio and there is always the smidgin of fear someone will break the rules and take them into Mexico. I talked to Trackmate about best ideas and we came up with some solutions. Out of the blue, like two weeks later they call me. "Ive been thinking about your situation and I thought, "˜let's create some fences at border crossings'". He had even gone in and added one as an example and researched how many crossings there was and had some ideas on fence size so we could be alerted before the cars crossed. That kind of service doesn't exist. Beyond glad I went with them for my cars.
Oh, and they work great! Easy to monitor cars locations and vehicle speeds, battery life, gas tank levels, kill switch, etc.
