I ordered these Roper boots, because my daughter had recently purchased a pair and she was very pleased with hers. They just arrived. The color is slightly darker than the advertised photo but I'm VERY pleased with this color! I researched the reviews and I read this might occur, and I was actually hoping for this brown tone. It was also recommended in reviews to order 1/2 size larger, which I did. I take a size 7 boot, and the 7 1/2 is what I ordered. Perfect for the pointed toe allowance.
There isn't much padding for the feet but will suffice for the upcoming concert. Not recommended for every day wear without insoles.
I ONLY gave it 4 stars because there was no wide calf option. Excuse my capris in photos, I was anxious to try on. I am genetically flawed with wide calves and ankles, so a little more fit space to allow for jeans would have been nice. But overall, I'm pleased to recommend these Roper boots. Thank you Roper!
