I had originally ordered this as a Christmas stocking stuffer for my daughter. She has tried several electrolyte drinks in the past to help with the symptoms of P.O.T.S. Most of the mixes she has tried either taste offense to her or they tend to upset her stomach. On the particular day this was delivered, she was really not feeling well. I was at a loss on what I could try to do to help her feel better. The Hydrant Electrolyte Powder was delivered to our home at just the right time. I decided to give this to her early. The delivery was as scheduled, and packaged securely. The packaging was aesthetically pleasing and all the ingredients were listed clearly, easy to read. The individual packets of lime flavored power are each tightly sealed and are themselves packaged in a tightly sealed bag. She mixed the powder with 8 ounces of regular bottled water and gave it a rigorous shaking. The powder mixed well. I can tell you she was pleasantly surprised by how much she liked this. She was very skeptical because of her past experiences with these types of hydration mixes. She really liked the lime flavor, was just the right amount without tasting artificial. She was able to finish the entire drink and her stomach was not upset. She has since had about 4 more packets through the week. She continues to like the taste and says they help greatly with her symptoms. I am really happy she has found a mix she likes the taste of and that helps her feel better. I plan on ordering more and also some of the different flavors.

This was my second try at electrolyte powders for your water. Occasionally I feel like I need to incentivize my water drinking and a little bit of flavor helps. Additionally, I try to clock an hour a day on a stair-stepper and sometimes when I've sweated everything out I just need a little extra help getting my body to re-absorb some water instead of it just running right through me. I had tried the LiquidIV brand before this and it was just a tad too sweet for me, even when mixing in more water than the packet recommended. I have a large 60oz water bottle that I carry around with me. I was looking for something that would taste almost like I squeezed a little bit of fruit juice into my water--the 'essence' of a flavor--and this Hydrant pack delivered. I have yet to try it with the actual recommended amount of water, but I still don't think it would even come close to how sugary it's competitors taste. The flavors in this pack are all authentic-tasting, but the Lime one really hit the nail on the head. I will continue to purchase this multipack instead of the last brand I tried. It helped me with everything I was looking to remedy and did not feel like I was adding unnecessary calories into my body. Absolutely recommend.

I got a small box of Hydrant as part of a gift and loved it so much that I decided to order the larger pack. Love that there is nothing artificial in these packets. I would personally rather have regular cane sugar than aspartame, which can be hard to find in electrolyte drinks. I always recommend these packets to friends as well.

It is almost impossible to find a lime water enhancer, nevermind a hydrating mix. Lemon lime is everywhere, but not just lime. It is quite tart. But it IS lime. That's what I'm looking for. Comments have been made that the various flavors are too strong. No problem. Use more water or only part of packet. I just fold it down & use the rest later. You could also empty packets into a jar or something & use an amount you've decided is right for you. I do this with all water enhancers. I always find their suggested ratio way too strong. I also will sometimes mix in other flavors (such as raspberry tea) or add to flavored sparkling water (such as cran-raspberry).
Really like this product & am buying for second time.

I love Hydrant! It is the best electrolyte product I've tried. The taste is good but mild. It does not taste overwhelmingly sweet or salty like other brands I've tried. I've tried LMNT but it was so salty I couldn't tolerate it after awhile. I've also tried Liquid IV but they add too much sugar and it is sickeningly sweet, also very hard to drink. Hydrant has just the right ratio of minerals and only adds the amount of sugar needed to help your body absorb the sodium, it is not enough sugar to make it intentionally sweet or spike your blood sugar. I use it whenever I feel sluggish, have headaches and after drinking any amount of alcohol.
