OKAY so I've seen magnesium spray all over the internet and decided to give in to the influence. I use this mostly in my legs and feet before bed if I'm sore from the gym. For someone who STRUGGLES to go to sleep and stay asleep, this spray had me asleep before 9pm and slept all the way until 5am! I HAVENT DONE THAT IN OVER A DECADE! I've been using this product a little over a month now, and I'm pretty satisfied with it! I chose this particular magnesium oil for their trusted brand, being 100% natural and for being fairly priced. I've been researching all the benefits so I purchased this to help with aches, anxiety, better sleep, natural deodorant etc. This product seemed like the best choice for me, bc it absorbs through your skin rather than supplementing (I haven't had the greatest luck with certain vitamins bc of stomach sensitivity) And I do have sensitive skin and haven't had any issues. Sprays on nice, it is an oil so there's a bit of an oily texture as it drys. But to has worked for me!

I bought this magnesium oil spray after a lot of research. I was looking for something that would help aid in sleeping well and we'll as helping to reduce stress and anxiety. Although I am not a doctor or in the medical field, I found that this spray helps promote better sleep, helps with stress management and improves skin health. It came with a lid and also a separate spray section so I can use as a spray when I want and replace with the lid when not in use and to prevent spills or leaks.

I really can't tell the difference. Whether it was for pain or sleep. I get cramps on my feet and legs at night but I really didn't see a difference. The liquid is very watery however, there is a bit of oil felt in it when rubbed. I spray it on my legs and feet and use each foot to rub it in. It dries my hands very much so imagine how dry my feet are.....scaling. At least I can say I gave it a try. Thank you.
