Buying these Vitamin C tablets for dogs again, easy to give my senior dog. I break it up and place in their wet canned food in morning. I haven't been giving every day, but tried another brand which was in powder form and didn't find it helpful, so switching back to these. Can't be sure how effective but dog's lab bloodwork chem profile is always good so guessing helpful. I don't see any side effects. But I also feed my dog high quality wet and dry foods too, and they get regular vet care so believe it all works together. I agree with reviewers who stated one has be careful with vitamin c as too much can upset stomach. Like the vitamin and also the pet brand, will continue to buy for my senior dog.

Not sure if it has helped my dog. Really didn't see any improvement. Given 4 tablets/ day based on body weight. With that dosage schedule you end purchasing more which can get expensive fast. I've decided to go with CBD oil and other homeopathic treatments to help boost her immune system.

after 3 months of a joint supplement, my boxer mix was still very stiff and lame after long runs. I added the vitamin c daily, and she isn't showing any stiffness, plus she is overall more active. She weighs 50#, so her dose should be 2 pills daily. I have been giving her 1 daily and 2 on the days we do a long run (3-5 hours). She won't eat them plain, so I dip the pill in peanut butter and it goes right down. Would highly recommend if you dog is having hip problems.
