Well I liked the quality first.But I liked along with.my grandson who is ten loved everything about this James 23 backpack and it has a cellphone charger to that he only use when he is not at school. My son really likes this backpack! Made well, sturdy with lots of pockets for all kinds of storage possibilities. We didn't even realize it had a built in phone charger/usb port when we purchased it. So that was a fun surprise! It also arrived much earlier than we thought it would. Original estimate was between Aug 9 - 30 and it arrived on Aug 5!! Hooray!!
