The tool performed the function for which it was made. However, there were some issues that I had with the tool, especially the handle. Because the handle was so small and loose the tool was somewhat difficult to use. The small bar that slid into the slot to form the handle, would not fit tightly in the hole, it kept slipping out and falling to the floor. Also it was so short in length that it made turning the tool to twist the wire, especially when you had three or more wires to twist together.. Also when you were twisting 4 or 5 wires, you could not tell if all of them had been stripped and making good electrical contact, especially the one in the middle.
Its all in the pliers.

This is my second attempt. Once you do it correctly it takes about a second. The most important thing is the pliers holding the wire. If you don't put them close and hold them securely, its not going to work.
