Definitely not prescription strength so don't expect it to be! That being said after I found the right way for me to take it, it worked for me. Taking a whole tablet in the beginning made me jittery so I cut them in half and took only half a tab in the morning with my protein shake.
Felt the affect, enough energy, jitters cut down, appetite suppressed until time for lunch and sweet tooth suppressed. (I have a huge sweet tooth!!!) Happy and will be ordering more.

The media could not be loaded. I purchased Phenaprin to help curve my appetite, which in return would help me lose weight. Here's my opinion. The price is cheap and affordable, if you're ready to take a chance and get results I say go for it. I haven't had it long enough to give a result in this review but I will be back! I read lots of great reviews and I am very optimistic about it. I have struggled with losing belly fat since having children. My plan is to stay under 1500 calories a day and take these. Losing it in areas I didn't even think I could.
Lost inches even though the scale didn't show much at first so I wasn't sure "¦I weight lift and do cardio each day so I tend to hold onto muscle and build muscle too, so at first I wasn't sure if it was working to lose weight, until I tried on a pair of pants. I knew I was eating much less each day because these pills work as an appetite suppressant to help you not eat as often and as much per serving size while keeping energy up"¦that's where these really work!"¦ plus help give you clean energy(I was already used to taking in about 80mg caffeine and though this maybe has more it felt the same with no ups or downs).Also, I usually eat pretty healthy through the week (4-5 small meals daily with all 3 macros in it-higher in protein) then I have a cheat meal on date night with hubby and a small dessert serving, but otherwise I eat pretty good"¦I just gained a bit being on bedrest after a surgery.

I started with half a cap on day one, now on one cap upon rising and one cap with lunch or right after lunch. Feels a little bit better with a meal. Drink lots of water through day. I use sliced cucumbers, celery, apples and grapes as snacks between meals when hungry. Eat a good dinner a few hours before bedtime. I like steamed green vegetables plus a half cup of brown rice and 6 oz of either fish, shrimp, turkey or chicken. Avoid a heavy late meal. If you need a late night meal try a small, healthy bowl of cereal with low calories (150 per cup) or a protein drink or celery or light string cheese and rice crackers"¦keep it light at night.
