The outter layer is a biscuit. The inner layer is the pineapple. This cake is very delicious but I remember a few years ago the pineapple filling to be a little less rubbery. Came with a very presentable box and a gift Bag to put the box in.

The pineapple cakes were really good, tasted just like when I had it in Taiwan. It arrived sooner than I thought. Totally recommend it despite the cost. Some of the pineapple cakes were crushed during the international travels, but they were still delicious.
