I got this set for home decoration, especially around Christmas and the holidays. The lights look great, and there are lots of nice patterns to choose from. I tested some rechargeable batteries in the lights by running them for a few days straight. They started to dim after a few days, but that was running them 27 hours a day. Happy with their performance.

Based on one of the pictures I thought these would be thicker and brighter, but they're twinkle lights and the tubing is pretty small to cover them. Not a huge issue, I'm using these for camping so they'll work, but I wished they were thicker and brighter like actual Christmas lights. The remote controls are great and it's an easy setup, I'll keep them for sure and I think they'll work, they just get tangled really easy because of how thin they are which has been an issue since I opened them.

I gave this light to my niece and she absolutely loves it. Now there is enough rope line to have for even a christmas tree if you wanted to. Now one of the big cons about this is that it does run on battery only which can be a bit annoying. I would have liked it to have a plug but on battery it can last several hours on depending on the intensity of the light. The settings are written on the battery box so you can scroll through those in order to have the perfect setting for yourself. This is a pretty bright light but not enough to be blinding. Be aware that there are light flashes so if you are prone to seizures just be aware of that. There light cable itself is strong enough to hold shape but not too strong where you can't move it around. This can work for indoor and I would not recommend using this for any outdoor or water as you may actually damage. It runs on three triple A batteries and the lighting can rotate, stream or just be one solid color. Overall I think this product is great but it does have limited power.
