Looks great, fairly easy to assemble.

I received the tumbler on time . The packaging was good without much waste. The tumbler looks sturdy enough and was easy to put together. The instructions could have been more detailed. For example, even in the youtube instructions did not mention the bolts and nuts and how they were to be used. Now it was obvious that the plastic parts had to be fastened but both the written and youtube made it seem that all you had to do was snap the thing together. It took me a little over an hour to get it together and that was including reading instructions and watching the youtube. I have not used it yet but feel like it will work just fine. I do wish that the doors were a bit bigger both to empty it and to load it. I'll post a follow up after some use.
Works well and good customer service

I got most of the way through assembly when I discovered that the composter was missing one of its leg pieces. I contacted the seller via Amazon and received an email the next day. The manufacturer sent a carefully packaged replacement and I received it a couple of days later. They were very friendly - I understand that minor issues like this will happen and it's great to know that they stood behind the product.
We've had the composter for about three weeks now and our first batch is nearing completion - maybe two more weeks. It can get a little heavy when fully loaded, but it feels sturdy and still rotates easily. It's a good size for our family of three. I've supplemented the food scraps with shredded newspaper and yard waste. We've broken up bigger things like corn husks and cobs. I may have to pull some larger chunks after our harvest to add back in for further processing. But we're still learning and will adapt as we figure out the best way to process.
Overall I'm happy with the composter and look forward to putting the results to work in the spring.

Smaller than I expected, but I’ll buy a 2nd.

Works well. Assembly is not as difficult as others make it seem. As a 50-something woman who is reasonably handy, it did take about 45 minutes, but that is because each panel has about 8 screws with nuts to assemble securely. It's not difficult, just a bit fiddly. I never felt the need for a 2nd person.
It is a bit smaller than I expected, but will hold several weeks of weeds and kitchen scraps mixed with some wood shavings from the coop. It is not a composter to hold all of your fall leaves (nor is it intended to be.) It's small enough to be able to spin easily, and I hope it lives up to the claim of faster composting, which it should, given the easy aeration. Between the coop and dropped chicken feed and kitchen scraps, we had a few rats show up, so we needed a relatively rat proof composter for food items, and this seems like it fits the bill. We'll probably end up getting another to be able to keep up if this holds up for a while and lives up to the claims. Leaves will still get their pile behind the shed, and I hope the rats go hungry and move on.

Once it is built, works well

The initial set up took some time for even an adept assembler. If you want to make quicker work, I would suggest having two people help. There are a LOT of screws to set. The nice things is they included a few extras in the packaging. Once setup, it spins nicely and sturdy.
It's easy to build

Despite what others say...this unit is relatively easy to build. JUST pay attention when inserting the panels that the two middle area hooks used to add a new panel needs to be installed flat. It will bow if you put it in wrong. the panels need to be flat..or it will leak. It takes about an hour to build and use an electric screwdriver on level 3 then when you have it all done...increase and re-screw at level 4 or whatever is a better torque setting. Keep out of the sun or it will fade. Also...your final inspection would be to make sure the internal center divider is in the grooves. It takes time... but bend them and they will go into the slots. The center divider doesnt fit perfect and has air gaps by design.
