This is a pretty good product for removing ear wax, but it takes preparation, patience, and some time of getting used to. At first it didn't work for me at all, I almost returned it, but I read in the reviews that someone had to cut the tip and dropped a few drops of warm water in the ear canal to loosen some of the wax then it started to work for me after that. It comes with a few tips in different sizes, so you just have to figure out which one would work best for you. A word of caution though, don't press the tool too hard in your ear because there has been some cases where the tip came off and was left in the canal. Overall for me, it works, you just have to figure out how to properly use it.

I didn't have much hope initially but it was super easy to use. In my first try i didn't catch any wax as i wasn't sure how deep should i go in, but in the next attempt it started catching a lot of it. I was amazed to see the the amount of wax i caught from both the ears. I used the Debrox solution for 4 days before using this product just to give it my best try.
However, it didn't work for my wife (may be her ear are already clean) but i still love it and recommend it.

My husband and I both have a problem with a lot of earwax that builds up in our ears. We always end up using eardrops and it takes forever. I decided to give this a try because if it works my life would be a lot easier. I really like the way it turned out! It was a little tricky at first because I had to read the instructions carefully. But when I did it was easy to use. My husband said he was going to try it now.

What a cool product that works well. We use a manual earwax remover stick to clean out my kids' ears and while they work, I always get so nervous about inserting those sticks in my kids' ears. This one is so much safer and works well to remove yucky earwax. I don't worry about my kid moving around and possibly injuring them with this tool. Would recommend for any parent to clean out their kids' ears so they hear their parents lecturing them. Lol. I feel like it works better with dry earwax as opposed to wet. Overall, product is a great buy.
