These were awesome! I thought I'd be cutting up hard dried out fruit to put in oatmeal with a hot water soak as usual. When the apricots came in with my order I set them aside a couple days thinking they would be standard dried out discs. Don't put it off. Open the bag and enjoy immediately. They are moist and flavorful. No sulfur smell, not in small broken pieces, and NO sugar crystals. Since I've pretty much consumed the entire bag, I'll be ordering these again real soon.
