I bought this new luggage set after my old one embarrassed me at the airport! It came out all leaniningto the aide and wheels was wobble and about to fall off. The wheels on this luggage set was great! Nice and smooth. The luggage set is much better in person it's really nice and light weight. I was worried it might break during my trip to Bali, 4 plane rides later it came back like a champ! Wheels intact, no crazy dents or cracks, i'm really impressed. I also bought a strap just in case to hold it all together just in case, but it was fine. I used the 24" for my trip and it was a perfect size for a 7 day trip. Cubes and rolling method worked best for me! Thank you!

I have two sets of this luggage and have used the smaller carry on bag several times and have loved it however on a recent trip to New Zealand from the US both mine and my husbands 24" checked bags were damaged on different flights with different airline. His lost a wheel and my zipper broke open along the seam. However customer service was very quick to respond (within about an hour of me contacting them) and offered to either give me a partial refund or replace the size that was damaged. These colors are only sold as sets so I did have to pick a different color. Having a non matching set isn't a big deal to me but it's something to keep in mind if having a matching set is important to you.

Don't delay with ordering these. I travel 50% with my job. These hold up to travel. They are not heavy and can take lots of clothes. The colors are rich and easy to find you bag. I have given these to my family as presents and suggested to many others.

After reading the reviews of these suitcases I was nervous about buying them but they were a good price and met my needs so I decided to take a chance on them. I went on a week and a half land tour and cruise in Alaska. In addition to 6 flights the suitcase was handled daily by the land tour baggage handlers and the cruise ship crew. I took the largest bag and it was very full. Except for some scratches and scrapes, which are to be expected after all that handling, there was no damage to the suitcase. I was very happy with the zipper and the lock. I am glad I took a chance on this set.

Ive only owned a couple suitcases in my life and theyve always been cheap in quality and price. These suitcases were a great price considering im getting 4 different sizes so i was a little skeptical about the quality. These are great! The shell is sturdy, the material is quality, even though the rubbery feel of the handles may be a weak point over time. They wouldnt tear all the way through and be useless, just beat up from use. The zippered compartment divider with pocket is a pretty cool feature and seems like it made my packing organization a step up from the usual. The wheels are buttery smooth and the pullout handle is sturdy. Note: when using the pullout handle, extend the handle ALL THE WAY and then shorten it if needed. On mine, this was the only way to ensure that the pins on both sides would engage. 5 out of 5 stars for build, material, and design.
