This is my second brand. The other brand died after about 6 months due to water intrusion in the battery/motor compartment. I'm a little more careful now to make sure the device is held mostly upright. I take the tank off to dry between uses, and sometimes I forget to extend the stainless steel tube, but it's not a deal breaker. I like this one A LOT more than my first one because the tank reverses to halve the size for travel; leave the (nice) case at home to reduce travel size further. At a third of the price of a real water pik, this is the one to get.

So I have braces, and didn't want to travel with my waterpik with me because it so big. I found the compact one it fit right in and works great. Now I carry it in my purse or backpack and use it during my lunch time after I finish eating. It comes with a carrying case, charger cord, 5 different interchangeable heads for a person needs I keep mine with braces soft brush. It also has 4 functions normal, pulse, both and diy. I love it and think anyone who travels a lot and uses a waterpik on the regular at home will love it as well!

I have Invisalign and have to brush after every meal which is annoying but someone with braces suggested I get a portable water pik and honestly it does a better job then manually brushing. I should've got this a long time ago! Gets every single particle out of teeth; I have to refill twice or three times to make sure I got everything well but the reservoir is pretty big so one fill for some may work. Comes with so many attachments to choose from too and the bag is small enough to carry around wrist; battery lasts a long time too. I like it has different settings too for your comfort as well

I love water pics. It gets stuff out from my teeth that floss and brushing leave behind and my dentist loves water piks too. This one looked so good. Much smaller than others and it comes with its own case. Sadly after 3 weeks on the road, it stopped working completely. I will have to go to a real store to find something to tide me over for the rest of my trip. Very disappointed.
Update: The Seller contacted me and put me in touch with the supplier. They asked me to make a video to prove that the flosser was not working. I did so and sent it to them. They say they will send me a new flosser and to not send back to non-working one. I will update this review once that all happens.
2nd update Got my replacement flosser and it has worked great for the past 3 weeks. I guess the first one I got was a lemon. I just wish the flossing head rotated, but it is lightweight and comes with a great travel case.
