The best snek grabber! Light and strong aluminum for good balance, handle is comfortable and well designed, great length for reaching. Now have two of these, for the work truck and home! Made the mistake of buying a folding stainless model with awful sharp edged sheet metal handle to try, now appreciate the great design of this aluminum model even more. Might get a third! :-)

This is a well designed snake tong that is easy to use and, just as importantly, is safe for the snake so it can be relocated without injury to the snake. I live in Southern Arizona, there are plenty of rattlesnakes, and they show up on our property multiple times a year and every so often in our garage. This is the best snake tong I have used. I would strongly recommend that if you do not have experience with venomous reptiles then you should call a professional to remove a venomous snake. There are other snake tongs that will injure a snake and result in them dying from the inflicted wound or becoming easy prey for a predator. Rattlesnakes are an important part of the local ecosystem and help to keep the rodent population under control. If you're capable and able to safely work with venomous snakes then this is a must have. But if you are not experienced then DO NOT BUY, and instead call a professional to remove the snake.
