I got this charger a few months back and used it many times always worked well .For some reason i was not able to charge unit and contacted the company who make s it via there web site and honestly to my surprise without making me jump through hoops and send 100 emails they promptly sent out a brand new unit free of charge and free shipping! I have a 2016 Outback. if I forget to turn the dome light off, or accidentally hit an overhead light removing things form my passenger seat and it gets left on overnight, my battery dies. this device is easy to charge, so easy to use, and absolutely gets my car started right up! This little number is a true gem. I charged it once since I got it about a month or so ago and have used it to charge my battery, my neighbor's battery and used the flashlight. My cousin dropped some keys down a drain grate in my parking lot. We used the flashlight after it had been in my car for a couple of weeks. My cousin said it was the best flashlight he'd seen in a while. Like I said " a True Gem".

I've had this for two years now and it still works great! It holds a charge for a really long time. I lost mine in my wife's car for a year and upon finding it I naturally wanted to recharge it. It was only missing one bar, so I didn't charge it. Luckily, I did find it because I needed it a week later to jump-start my truck and it did not fail. That's after a year of just sitting in its container that comes with it in the heat and the cold.
I suggest skipping all these higher-priced products that do the same thing because this is a battery pack with no specific tech that differentiates them, other than how they look and possibly some minor features.
I can easily recommend this product over any of these similar, higher-priced (more like over-priced) products.
