just about as good as fresh chopped garlic. requires minimal liquid , so really, the garlic added to almost any dish will rehydrate without added water.
one of the ways i use it is in a shrimp dish. saute the shrimp in oil with some red pepper flakes. at the very end, toss in the garlic granules and squeeze of lemon juice. serve over rice. delicious!
