The media could not be loaded. Best thing other than the great product is the great customer service. I had 1 fan out of the pack not work and upon notifying them. Sent a whole new set immediately. Let me restate the fact that with great a product comes great customer service.

After having gone through many fans and kits, this one stands out. It's the one that I would buy again.
