Added the complimentary anti rattle bolt and a lockable hitch pin, a tarp, the cargo net and my own ratchet strap and it was incredibly sturdy and quiet. The rack itself isn't as wide as my RV so its a little small. That being said overall construction is ok a little cheap but you get what you pay for and it does the job I intended it to do.
