I grind my teeth really bad at night and I clenched down on my jaw so I bought these they're super easy to work with and they're easy to cut down to the size of your mouth. I have a very small mouth so I had to cut them a lot, but it was simple. I just boiled them for a second and formed them to my teeth. I don't wear them like I should because I always forget But when I did wear them, I did feel a bit of a difference the next day my jaw wasn't bugging me my teeth felt better. I definitely recommend these overpaying your dentist $100 to make them for you. Please do the same exact thing and they're cheap.

To fit me, these required a lot of trimming. I wish they had women's and men's sizes. The molding was more difficult than I expected but by the third try, I had an absolutely perfect fit. It worked great to stop my nighttime teeth, grinding and lesson myTMJ

Not sure about these, tried molding them and it works. I messed up one before the second one ended up fine - but these are far cry from the ones made by your dentist. I know the price is right so you get what you pay for. Tried cutting and molding and cutting and molding... at the end they are just not too comfortable for me.

Great value for your money if you can mold them right - and you have multiple tries.

I am gonna toss these in the garbage and order the custom ones.

The instructions received in the package are very explicit on creating the mold. I had to cut part of the mouthpiece to make it more comfortable with scissors. Once you have your boiling water, it does not take 20 seconds as in the instructions, more like 10 seconds. Pull the mouthpiece out and follow the instructions in the manual. On the list dense mouthpiece do not bite down on it. Hard per the instructions . Once the molding is complete. I let it cool for about 10 minutes. Great fit and perfect for someone who has a grinding teeth problem.

I would definitely recommend this product.
