I purchased this beautiful feeder to meet my bird obsession. I had it a few days and then the perch came off. I sent the information to Blue Ridge and it was determined that the squirrels had got to it (guess they have to eat too lol). The seller went out of their way with explanation and follow up. They sent me additional perches and even a replacement when they could have said it wasn't their fault. I was so impressed!
