We have had this about 2-3 months now. The product was easy to assemble with two people. The canopy itself seems very sturdy. I would recommend different ropes. I took away a star because the small elastic and hooks that are attached to the canopy to help secure to the poles is already deteriorating in a vert short amount of time. Thankfully there are additional loops on the canopy in which to secure it.

So far, this Pavilion carport has held up, and is large enough for my purposes. But we are still in hurricane season, so we'll see how it does when we get our first big winstorm. I have added additional anchors to hold it down, so I'm hoping for the best.

It goes together pretty easily and seems fairly sturdy, though it comes with no diagonal bracing as is shown in the pictures.
Time will tell the tale of how long the cover lasts. When that is no longer keeping the elements off of my wood pile, I'll throw some metal roofing on it.

Last hurricane Idelia, I ended up with 3 damaged poles. Contacted company and met Dora who resolved my issue. She arranged, processed and kept me informed on everything from management approval to shipment date. Not easy to find this kind of customer service.
The canopy has met all selling points: stability, water resistance, and thickness, value.

I don't write reviews often (I should probably do more) however this seller has been absolutely great. I purchased the 10'x20' carport in September 2020. I live where we have frequent / yearly tropical storms and hurricanes. Before a storm, which happens a couple times a year, I take the canopy off. The frame has always survived. I used tapcons to secure the legs to the driveway. Over the past three years I've had to purchase a replacement canopy and just yesterday had to get another. The sun and weather here really takes a toll on things and so I expected I would have to replace the canopy every few years. This carport serves its purpose though, providing shade to my vehicles. The seller has always been responsive to questions and most especially helping me get replacement parts (I had to purchase a new leg pole once because I hit it with my car and damaged it... opps!). In addition to their customer service's quick responses, they have been super friendly and very considerate. The customer service is the impetus for this review and simply put, they are great! I'm also very happy with the product. I would purchase another one, and just might for my backyard. Keep in mind you get what you pay for. This carport is ~$250 and it IS worth it. The most important thing, I think, is to consider how you secure it to the ground. Like I said, I used tapcons to secure it to my concrete driveway but then also used paracord tied to the top of the corner legs and staked in the ground to give it more support (since I live where it can get quite windy). The sun destroys the paracord quickly so I may use a thin cable or some other kind of wire next.

In conclusion, the product has been very good for me. But what impresses me the most is the customer service, they have been truly great. Thank yoU!
