Used as an event tent. Took too long to set up / instructions were printed with way to small print / weight bags that came with were wimppy.
Canopy was stable / additional weights I got kept it in place / anchors are too small - kept being pulled out of soft soil. I got 30-inch bars to hold the anchors in place
Need to be able to download a PDF file for the setup instructions.
Overall, I was pleased with it and ir was an improvement over what we had been using.

I had to replace some poles on my canopy that were damaged in a wind storm. I had called the # on the instruction pamphlet and talked to the representative 'Milka'. She walked me through everything I needed to do and in a little more than a week I had my parts!! Milka had responded to my email's within 24hours of me sending them. Having such a great customer service like that I will continue to buy their products and recommend them to all my family and friends!
