This is not ONLY meter, but mine came with a hard plastic case just like the original. Hope I don't drop it and break it like my previous case. (so beware the latches inside the case can break if dropped on the floor) Try to find a decent replacement case under $15. this one is actually an improvement over the previous original case IMHO.

The Meter is quite easy to set up & use. Directions were helpful. However, the Lancing device stopped working after using it twice. Taking the cap off to put in lancet or remove the lancet, is difficult. You have to be careful you don't poke yourself. Have contacted seller about broken Softclix Lancet device. They sent me new one in a few days.
