This is our second pair, only because my daughter threw it and it went sliding under the shed at the pool. But I am back again buying them because they are exactly what she needs. She is working hard at improving her swim time and these are a necessary training tool. I borrow them just to change up a swim work out.
Good Paddles

I swim a lot and I had previously bought 3 other pairs of paddles. I never really saw what the hype was about. One day someone at the pool suggested I try their paddles. Wow. What a difference. Now, i get why people like using paddles. I feel much stronger since using these paddles too.

Great paddles, I bought a small and I have a medium woman's hands. they are too big. I would recommend X-small for a small or medium woman.
still the standard

been swimming for 20+ years and have never been unhappy with these. maybe i'm a traditionalist, but i like the way they feel when i use them, and eliminating the wrist strap allows me to work on my stroke entry technique and concentrate on how my hands move under the surface of the water so I'm getting the maximum power out of my strokes with the best technique possible. I know that if the paddle gets ripped off by the water, my stroke is doing something it shouldn't be, and it's an easy fix. plus these things last for forever. the only time i've ever had to replace them is because i moved across the country and gave my first pair away, which had been in use for well over a decade.
