I got 2 of these, one for each of my children. Easy to set up and use overall, though the swiping of the screen for contacts would sometimes result in an unplanned call. Worked very well in big cities (concrete jungle) and out in the middle of nowhere (Gettysburg), amongst the rocks and hills. Great piece of mind to reach my children if we got separated.
Cons: I wish they had the option to change the names or give pictures of the people listed in contacts... other than mom & dad, it is contact 1, contact 2, contact 3, etc. Can't get GPS location using this device, since it doesn't connect to internet or have texting.

1-this is not a gps watch (putting that in case anyone doesn't read the details on the watch) It works good for what it is!
2-i bought this for my kindergartener as i've had a few times the school sent him home the wrong route (bus when it was daycare pick up and vice versa) I opted for this as the battery life lasts a few days vs a smart watch that has gps that won't even make it through a whole day before the battery dies. So i have a separate gps unit just for tracking. Btw speed talk mobile sells sim cards for $5, on amazon.... they're only $5 a month. i have one for my gps and this watch.
3-the cons i don't like: you can't edit the names, just the phone numbers for the names. Dad is first, then mom and the rest are just numbers. yea i highly dislike this part. My sons dad has nothing to do with this watch and lives hours away so if I put my number in (under mom which is second) the touch screen easily calls instead of swipes so dad would be called first. My solution is that I put my number in all 10 spots. Other than that it seems to be a good watch. Has lots of good features and i appreciate the screen protector that came with (hope it helps!).

**I feel I have to add that the touch screen is very touchy. When i was setting up the phone numbers i had many times it would start calling. Also when my son was learning it he would call when he's trying to swipe. Its just a minor thing for me as I have my number in all the slots but I can see this as an issue if your little is trying to call mom (again who's second) or any of the numbers after that.

I like the fact that the features worked easily for my 9 year old. We had issues with the phone feature because it kept telling us the sim card was activated when I took it out of the package. Customer service quickly resolved the issue and my daughter is happy. Overall, very easy to set up.

My 7-year old son has been asking for the watch for a while now so I finally bought it for him. He absolutely loves it! The watch has fun games and the pictures/recording is so much fun for kids. It has an option for SIM card entry so he is able to call parents. It comes with 1 gb micro sd card! Many functions just like an adult smart watch. My son really enjoys using it.

I got this smart watch for my 7 years old son. He was very excited to know he's getting a smart watch. After we received and charged it, he put it on right away and we figured out how to use it pretty quickly. Very simple to figure out and easy to use for a little boy. Having a watch is already a exciting for a little boy, a smart watch just made it much more fun and cool for him. The phone has a camera and of course, little kids love to take silly selfies of themselves and their friends. There is space for a memory card to store pictures and data, and space for a phone care if we wanted to get one. Overall, this is a very good product for little kids. Good way to make them busy to learn how to use this watch, play around with it, and practice reading time.
