I bought it for my little dwarf hamster and he loves it! It's super easy to clean comparing that it is wood. I have had it for a pretty long time now, I think over a year (not sure) and it has held up really well.

I really enjoy using my house. It's so comfy and warm and i can't easily shred it so that's a plus.. downside is that the door needs to be bigger however I do need to lose weight. I run on a wooden wheel all night while my parents sleep but still nothing.. lost no weight but house still keeps me warm. Thanks Amazon for my house ! Hope other hamsters buy !

It was a super cute little house for my gerbil, bought the edible house because he chews on EVERYTHING. He had chewed some of it when I noticed nails sticking out, it was a routine of pulling the house out of his tank and removing the nails daily because I didn't want him to get hurt. So just keep an eye on it because it doesn't take a lot of chewing to expose the nails. Other than that, definitely got my moneys worth out of it.

This is a thick and substantial little den for our dwarf hamster. He loves being inside and making his nest, and he prefers it over the plastic igloo style den we also bought. The chimney and window add the cutest touches! Love it!

This was a lot bigger than I expected. My mouse also does not care for the size of the house as it gives him too much open space for when he sleeps. The doorway is really small too, so I don't know if this would be good for a bigger pet.
