I rated this how I did because when I put the sd card in it, it didn't work. But over all my son loves his watch. He's loves the features that came on it. So because he love it I love it as well. But note if your buying this so that your child may have a phone, please understand that the sd card may not work. If someone have this watch and knows how to make it work or what company to try please let me know. But I've tried almost all of them and still no luck. 😔

Giving 5 stars, even though I had to return this watch. It was a birthday gift for our 9 year old and the only reason I purchased it was for the calling feature "“ I bought the Sim card that was recommended but it did not work. I contacted the company and found out the watch only supports 2G, which is not available in our area. They were really great to work with, however and allowed us to return the watches, even though it was out of the return window. Great watch and affordable "“ but it does only support 2G "“ so I'd just check your area that you live in first if you're solely purchasing for calling.
