There are straps going from front to back to help hold the seat cover in place. Unfortunately there aren't also straps going side to side so there is sideways slippage.

Easy to install made chairs look new. For price of 25 for 4 was pleased with quality. I did after pulling tight put few staples on each side to keep in place were i want before putting seat back on, you do not have to do this
