Prior to buying these I already had a set. My old ones were thicker and the problem was that they were too strong it would not allow full range of motion with my kickbacks or side shuffles. Without the full range of motion it was harder to get to the peak of my contraction which was super frustrating.
Then I decided to give these a try! Game changer!
The heavy band from this set still allows me to get full ROM and they are super cute. I absolutely love these and how portable they are. They are always with me when I go to the gym.
