Sometimes they worked for our now-7 year old, and sometimes they still leaked (the overnight diaper we've been using has been the same over time). It's rare that I write a glowing review of a product. This is the exception. These things are pretty simple, its an absorbent pad with a sticky side to attach to the inside of your kids diaper. We have twin toddlers and sleep training was rough. After months of constant midnight wakeups due to soaked through diapers we started trying double diapers or feminine pads to bolster the normal diapers but nothing working.
