I've never had a snow brush/ scraper like this one. So, I'm still getting used to the idea that it is possible to separate the brush from the scraper. The jury is still out. I live in the mountains of Colorado so we get a lot of snow at times. The idea of a snow brush/ scraper is indispensable around here. Most mountain folk get used to brushing most snow off the car. You can always tell when the tourists are flying around with a roof top covered in the white stuff. This is a sturdy model, I bought two. Maybe next summer I'll comment again after I have tried them out for a season.
