The media could not be loaded. It's absolutely beautiful and everything that we wanted. You got a nice beautiful drain, but you have to use the hook removal agent to pull it out and clean probably every 2 to 3 days. The first time we got it we didn't clean it for a week and it had this growth underneath. I put the debris inside the toilet so you could actually see what it looks like. (Toto Neorest bidet) Very horrible looking but now we've been cleaning it every other day and had no issues.

Looks great, easy to clean. Only catch is it is easy to remove if you have the hook tool that comes with it. Our contractor threw it away even though we requested them to save the box and the tool but luckily we found a hook tool on amazon that we bought, and it has worked well for us.
