Delivery was fast. Very sturdy, VERY easy to follow the instructions on how to upload and resize your photo. This one is about 18mm x 25 mm sizing for the oval frames pictured"¦for easy reference when you make yours. Just upload, crop & print. I can't wait to see her face when she sees it on her bouquet. These are her grandparents that are dear to her heart and her great grandmother as well. I know she will love it. I have an angel to go with the frames to hook onto her bouquet. I used this to have my grandmothers and great aunts with me while I walked across the stage to be hooded for my masters. They all had a hand in raising me after my mother died when I was 7 and what better way to honor them! The website to resize the pictures to fit the frame was easy to use. The only trouble I had (which was minor) was trying to add the bubble over the picture to cover it. Once that had stuck to the frame, you can't move it
