Heat control is under handle

The heat control is difficult to see and use. It is hidden by the handle which makes it awkward to adjust during cooking. It has a very short cord, so you can't easily turn it to get a better look. I tried using a flashlight, but the control is reflective so still couldn't read the temp settings. Other than short cord and badly placed control, I like it. The pan is deep, cooks evenly, and clean up is a breeze.

This skillet arrives well packaged and is easy to open, clean, and start enjoying right away. This is very easy to use and oil doesn't bounce out making a mess around it like my Saladmaster Electric Core Skillet. The termperature guide is practically impossible to read; best to put stickers or write on it so that it is readable.
